Running around--non-stop play
Did we really come home right after school, run out and play until sundown?
Did we really spend full days on the weekend riding a bike, playing ball, tag,
ringoleavio or some other game that put us in an aerobic state for hours on
end?
What incredible energy kids have. Essentially you run till you drop. Not only
that, this activity was the "prime directive," it was what life was about.
There were so many cool games that required no supervision, just a bunch of
kids and some time to play. We've listed a few. Our hopes are that this
section will be particularly embellished by
your stories and memories.
